Welcome to The Beauty Bar Guildford. By booking or receiving any treatment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These ensure a safe, professional and transparent experience for all clients.

1. Appointments & Booking Policy

1.1 Booking Confirmation

All appointments must be booked through our online booking system, by phone, in person or socials. We do not accept walk-ins.
1.2 Patch Test Requirement

Certain treatments require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before the appointment.
Failure to attend a required patch test will result in cancellation of your treatment.

1.3 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are deducted from the total treatment price.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

2.1 Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

2.2 No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost and future bookings may require full pre-payment.

2.3 Late Arrival

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment.
Arrivals over 10 minutes late risk forfeiting the appointment and deposit.

3. Health, Safety & Suitability

3.1 Medical Information

Clients must provide accurate medical history including allergies, medications, recent procedures, pregnancy or skin conditions.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your treatment outcome and safety.

3.2 Treatment Suitability

The Beauty Bar Guildford reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is unsafe to proceed or if contraindications are present.

3.3 Age Restrictions

Most treatments are available for clients aged 18+.
Parental consent is required for any treatment offered to those under 18.

4. Payments & Pricing

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept card payments, bank transfer and cash.
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 Price Changes

Prices may change without notice, but clients will be informed of new pricing at the time of booking.

5. Refunds & Treatment Outcomes

5.1 Refunds

We do not offer refunds on treatments already provided.
Refunds on products are only available if the item is unopened, unused and returned within 14 days.

5.2 Results Disclaimer

Results vary for each client depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare and individual healing response.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded, replaced or exchanged for cash.
Lost or expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

7. Client Conduct

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening or disrespectful behaviour.
We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

8. GDPR & Privacy

Your personal data is kept confidential and secure in line with UK GDPR regulations.
We will never share your data with third parties unless legally required.

9. Liability

The Beauty Bar Guildford accepts no liability for:

Failure to follow aftercare advice
Reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or allergies
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Natural variations in healing or treatment results

Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
